Tranche 2 is here

Is your business ready?

If you are a real estate agent, accountant, lawyer, jeweller or financial professional, new anti money laundering and counter-terrorism funding (AML/CTF) compliance obligations are arriving from 1 July 2026. For many businesses, this is unfamiliar, time consuming and stressful.

This is not business as usual

How do I know if my business needs to comply with AML/CTF legislation?

If your business handles money, property, or client transactions in any form, there is a high likelihood these new obligations apply to you.

For the first time, thousands of previously unregulated businesses are now required to comply with AML/CTF legislation.

About Davina Dunn

Davina Dunn Pivot Compliance

Davina Dunn is the Founder and Principal of Pivot Compliance, bringing over two decades of experience across finance, operations and compliance at the highest levels.

A Chartered Accountant and former CFO and Head of Risk & Compliance within global financial organisations, Davina has spent her career navigating complex regulatory environments, making critical decisions, and ensuring businesses operate with integrity and control.

After years in high-pressure corporate roles, Davina made the move to the Sunshine Coast to build something different, a business where her expertise could be applied in a more practical, meaningful way.

What she quickly saw was a clear gap.
Regional and coastal businesses were about to be impacted by significant compliance changes, yet many had little visibility, support, or time to work through what it all meant. Pivot Compliance was created to fill that gap.

Davina takes a no-nonsense, practical approach to compliance. She is not here to overcomplicate things or bury clients in technical language. She focuses on helping business owners understand what matters, what needs to be done, and how to get it done properly.
